[MD-sorular] geometri sorusu: çember ve parelelkenar içiçe

Yıllar önce bir arkadaşım sormuştu bu soruyu. Uğraşıp çözememiştim.
Olimpiyat sorusu olabilir, emin değilim. Çözümünün, varsa, nasıl olduğunu
merak ediyorum. Soru ektedir.
